RETURN POLICY

We understand minds can be changed or mistakes can happen. Should you like to return an eligible item, we will happily assist you as outlined in our return policy.
 
RETURNS
 
All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
 
RETURN PROCESS
 
To return an item, please email customer service at mythosgamesutah@gmail.com and include the following:
Your Name
Order Number
Which item(s) you are returning
Reason for return
Shipping - Tell us if you would like us to email you a shipping label, or if you will ship the item yourself.
Packaging - Let us know if you have the original packaging, or will use your own packaging.

After receiving this information, we will send you and email containing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number as well as a prepaid shipping label (if you are not shipping it yourself). After receiving this email, follow its instructions and place the return item(s) securely in the packaging you specified. Include your RMA number in the package, and attach the return label to your package.
 
Please note that if we provide you a shipping label, we will deduct an appropriate amount from your refund based on the weight of the return:
2.99 lbs or less - $3.50
3 lbs - 9.99 lbs -  $6.50
10 lbs or greater - $10

If we made a mistake with your order, you will receive a full refund with no deduction. We will include in our email which deduction will be applied to your order.

REFUNDS
 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
 
Defects or Missing Pieces

We want you to be satisfied with your order. Regarding missing pieces or defects, many game publishers are more than happy to assist you with these issues by contacting them directly. If you would like us to resolve this issue instead,
