TCG Trade Day at Mythos Games!
Much similar in spirit to our Board Game Bazaar events, our TCG trade day will be a day focused on bringing our local TCG communities together around one singular goal; Trading cards!
OVERVIEW
- Bring in your trade binders, boxes, and extras to trade with other players
- Participants will get 10% off any TCG singles purchased from Mythos on the day of the event
- Participants will be entered into a raffle that will be done during the event. TCG sealed products and store credit will be raffled off randomly during the event. If you have brought a trade binder and come with the intent to trade, you'll be entered into the raffle.

Q: What should I bring to trade?
A: Any TCG trades you have and think people would be interested in but we highly encourage; Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, Flesh and Blood, Yu-Ghi-Oh, Digimon, My Hero Academia, etc. if you have trades for it, might as well bring it. Don't hesitate to bring old or out of print TCGs as well, someone might be looking for those cards!
Q: Will there be a lot of people there with trades?
A: Our first TCG trade event was a smashing success with lots of community demand to bring it back ASAP, we anticipate a very solid turnout.
Q: What kind of stuff should I bring? Just my rare binder?
A: A rare binder is a great place to start but this is a day to bring in all the stuff that’s maybe usually too annoying to cart to the shop. You’d be surprised what people are after; rares obviously but people collect all sorts of things: binders, tokens, special lands, foils, even BULK (yes, bulk cards have trade value). Even if it does not have a high market value, someone might want it, and that old pack of dragon shields that is still in good shape that you don't use anymore… trade em’
Q: How does it work? What will it be like?
A: The idea is for people to bring in trade binders and hang out and trade / play. We want to have a strong emphasis on trades happening so if you bring in a binder for trading, and show us that you have come to trade, we’ll hook you up with a raffle ticket to have a chance to win drawings during the event.
Q: What kind of raffle prizes will there be?
A: Sealed TCG Products & Store Credit
Q: Does it cost any money to come?
A: Nope, free-99! For our board game bazaars we usually charge a $5 table fee to sell your games. If this gains enough traction we might charge a fee for future events, but this one is 100% free to attend!
Q: Will my cards be safe? Should I bring in my high value stuff?
A: Safety of people and their personal property will be our #1 priority during this event. We STRONGLY recommend maintaining a vigilant watch over your cards though. While we don’t anticipate any bad actors, Mythos cannot be responsible for lost or stolen property. We will however do everything in our power to create a very secure and open environment that discourages bad behavior. We always recommend never leaving personal belongings unattended
Q: Will there be other stuff to do?
A: The emphasis will be on trading so we highly recommend coming with the attitude to hang out and trade. We will however support commander pods with prize packs and do drafts on demand! The focus will be on trading though.
Q: Do I have to stay for all four hours?
A: No way, you can come and go as you please. We hope that the majority of people will arrive early though and that a 4 hour block of time will be enough for people to make the rounds and look at binders and trade for cards you want! You must however be present for the raffle drawings to win a prize.
